The sessions I have had with Ana have enabled me to move forward in several areas of my life.  Areas that I’d previously been unsuccessful at. I have been able to establish and maintain both a daily walking and a daily reading habit. These two habits bring me so much joy that I am so grateful to Ana for coaching me on how to integrate them into my daily life. 

 

Ana also helped me to stop procrastinating and formulate a system to tackle the overwhelming amount of paperwork I needed to complete for the course I was taking. 

 

Ana’s friendly, chatty personality immediately put me at my ease - creating an atmosphere where I felt both comfortable and safe. Safe enough to look at, challenge and change some long held unhelpful thought patterns.  Thank you.
